One afternoon we are driving home from gymnastics and out of the blue Kirra says from her car seat, "When Daddy dies (and then she pauses) that little worm thing, (and she pauses again) the straight thing on his leg that looks like a worm...Are you sure it will be gone when he gets his body back?"
We recently had a family home evening and talked about how we will all be resurrected like Jesus Christ and that our bodies will be perfect. Scott used the example of his knee surgery scar will be gone and of course she remembered!
It was a funny conversation because at first I had no idea where she was going with talk of Daddy dying and worms. I thought maybe she was worried about the decomposition or something crazy like that!
